Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Power BI Analytics Partner to join our Planning and Analytics Team. As a key member of our Finance and Governance Division, you'll play a crucial role in leveraging Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI to enhance decision-making and accelerate our transition to a new energy future.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform and AI to empower business decision-making and drive automation.
  • Utilize diverse datasets, predictive analytics, and financial modelling techniques to create impactful visualizations and develop value driver trees.
  • Emphasize automation to improve self-service reporting capabilities and recognize opportunities to automate planning, analytics, and reporting procedures.
  • Generate comprehensive and concise reports that simplify complex data into actionable insights customized for diverse audiences.
  • Construct value driver trees to prioritize factors significantly influencing the organization's financial and operational success.
  • Apply advanced data modelling techniques to convert raw data into structured, meaningful information for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver in-depth financial reports, forecast analysis, trend identification, and strategic long-term planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics or similar with experience in analytics and automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query (M) and advanced data visualization techniques.
  • Experience working with analytics services in cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence preferably Microsoft Co-Pilot or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and influencing decisions.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary starting from $151,965 + 14.75% super (9 day fortnight). You'll work a 9 day fortnight with RDOs every second week, enjoy a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, and have access to leave offerings (including 14 weeks paid parental leave – at full or half pay, plus additional leave purchasing).
