Support Engineer for Medical Equipment Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships in QLD/NT and Northern NSW regions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to customers through corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and software & hardware upgrades.
- Participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the customer life cycle.
- Manage and support technical escalations, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company processes.
- Deliver best-in-class service with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, minimizing customer downtime.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development, staying up-to-date on new technologies relevant to the area of focus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles, preferably in medical equipment like CT and Ultrasound.
- A Restricted Electrical License is required.
- A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A full AU drivers license and Australian working rights are essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
