Your Role

As a member of our Trade Counter team in Coolum, you will play a key role in helping engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
  • Providing customer service and information about products
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license, MR license is essential, Crane and Forklift license preferred but not essential
  • Desire to develop their career within our network or head office
