A highly sought-after Conveyancing Operations Specialist is required to support our in-house team, working closely with the Development and Sales teams. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a national contracts team, collaborating with colleagues in a dynamic environment.

This full-time contract position, based at our Brisbane office, provides the flexibility to balance work-from-home arrangements and time spent in the office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience across various projects.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing contracts, including preparation, execution, and registration, as well as post-settlement activities.
  • Supporting plan registration and settlement processes.
  • Proficiently using PEXA for all subscriptions and maintaining regular training.
  • Complying with Compliance Plans related to Conveyancing.
  • Participating in Release to Settle Transformation initiatives and other relevant projects.
  • Undertaking training in master contract preparation.
  • Ensuring compliance with team policies, including document storage in Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Providing assistance with backfilling peer file operators during leave periods.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a Conveyancing Administrator or Paralegal position or similar environment.
  • Holding a conveyancing licence would be advantageous.
  • PEXA experience is essential, with additional benefits from DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for email communication, diary management, and reports.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
