About the Opportunity:- Work closely with participants and their care teams to provide therapeutic occupational services.
- Conduct home and community assessments and make recommendations for home modification and assistive technology.
- Collaborate with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans.
- Participate in individual and group-wide professional development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights. They should also have strong passion for working with NDIS participants.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for additional Community OTs where you'll be allocated a caseload in your catchment area with flexibility to work across community, in office and from home.
There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career with them, including taking on Senior duties or receiving all the mentoring you need.
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$95k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work-life balance, plus your choice of full-time or part-time work.
