Job Title: Business Transformation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Manager to lead our operations and underwriting team in delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business transformation and simplify processes across our operations and underwriting teams.
  • Demonstrate operational excellence by deploying effective improvement strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Apply process reengineering techniques to establish business improvement solutions that drive value.

About You:

  • You will possess strong project management skills with experience in underwriting and/or operations within the banking or lenders mortgage insurance sector.
  • You will have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • You will have experience in home loan/mortgage lending markets.
  • You will be skilled in process improvement and delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • You will have a proven ability to engage with internal stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You will demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and adaptability to change.
  • You will be highly organised and able to manage concurrent projects with multitasking abilities.
