The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in maintaining our equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out inspections, servicing, and repairs of equipment, with a focus on elevating work platforms, telehandlers, and lighting towers.
- Repairing equipment on-site whenever possible, minimizing the need for transportation.
- Traveling to customer sites, including overnight accommodations when required.
- Completing all necessary paperwork and inspection forms, adhering to JLG policy, Australian Standards, and customer/site requirements.
- Working in the workshop when no field service jobs are available.
- Notifying the Field Service Coordinator of any repairs or services that cannot be completed during a visit, along with the reason.
- Performing general duties as requested by the Branch Manager.
