Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Inspector to oversee project construction and ensure cost and schedule containment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive on-the-job experience in supervision, observation, safety oversight, and inspection.
This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and mathematics skills, as well as proficiency with computers and software.
- Inspect bridge and highway construction projects, measuring quantities, and documenting work via reports, photos, and sketches.
- Coordinate and oversee construction inspection documentation.
- Ensure work complies with specifications.
- Federally-aided transportation projects experience as a Construction Inspector is preferred.
- MaineDOT or municipal clients experience and general and highway construction knowledge is advantageous.
- ACI or Construction Certification, or a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
