Senior Data Delivery Specialist

As a seasoned professional in data and business intelligence, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of best practices across our organization.

We are looking for an experienced Agile coach who can implement agile methodologies into teams, leveraging tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORT DELIVERY MANAGERS BY RESPONDING TO QUERIES, IDENTIFYING REQUIREMENTS, REPORTING PROGRESS OF DELIVERY, MANAGING ACCEPTANCE
  • HELP DEVELOP INTERNAL TEAM IN ADOPTING FIT FOR PURPOSE AGILE DELIVERY MODEL/CADENCE
  • IMPLEMENT DELIVERY LIFECYCLE - PHASES AND PROGRESS OF DELIVERY THROUGH STRUCTURED LIFECYCLE
  • FACILITATE AGILE CEREMONIES, FIT AGILE PRACTICES WHERE APPROPRIATE

You will work closely with managers and delivery teams to adapt agile practices to the reality of work profiles, teams, and develop systems of work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data & analytics, business intelligence, data warehouse, and data delivery domains
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
