About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced physician to join our team as a Chief Physician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of our general medicine department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in general medicine with a proven track record of clinical excellence
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Postgraduate qualifications in medicine (FRACP or equivalent)
