As part of our committed team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing.
  • Supporting day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities.
  • Working closely with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation to help us optimise our residents' health and wellbeing.
  • Providing high-quality service to families and the community.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults.
  • The ability to interact comfortably with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills.
  • An understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance process.
