Food and Beverage Attendant Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort.

This role offers a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills, high standards of grooming and personal presentation.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while working across multiple food and drink outlets. You will take orders, maximise sales opportunities, and work as part of a focused team to provide outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm and friendly service to guests
  • Take orders and manage cash handling
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality
  • A current RSA certificate
  • Availability and flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday, including early mornings and late nights, and Public Holidays
