Our Medical Imaging department is a key service at our main site in Ararat, supporting our clinical services with a range of imaging modalities including CT, Ultrasound, OPG, and General Radiology. We provide services to both acute patients and the community, and our team of Radiographers and Sonographers work together to deliver high-quality care.

About This Opportunity
  • As a member of our Radiology team, you'll work Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm and participate in a 24/7 on-call roster over weekends.
  • You'll be encouraged and supported to participate in continuous professional development programs, with opportunities to consolidate your skills and advance your career.
  • Our service uses Comrad and InTeleviewer software, and you'll be expected to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with ALARA principles.
  • We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer with extensive knowledge and competence in General Radiography, CT, PACS, and RIS.
About You
  • Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging) or a recognised equivalent qualification.
  • AHPRA registration or eligibility to register is required, as is a Victorian Radiation “Use” Licence.
  • Previous experience in General Radiography, CT, and PACS is highly desirable, as is a willingness to participate in the on-call roster.
