Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized learning environment.
  • Support the daily routines and activities of the children, including meal times, rest times, and outdoor play.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
