Cleanliness Specialist

Job Summary
">This role involves maintaining cleanliness and attractiveness of assigned areas with a focus on infection prevention. The successful candidate will utilize disinfectants and other supplies as per manufacturer specifications and infection prevention guidelines.
">Responsibilities

- Sweeps, mops, vacuums and uses disinfectant wipes to maintain cleanliness.">
- Removes trash and soiled linen from designated areas.">
- Cleans and stores hospital equipment as directed.">
- Reports needed maintenance repairs.">
- Documents tasks and records patient requests and complaints in room cleaning.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have:
">- ">
- Able to read and write in English and perform basic math.">
- Consistent work history or education.">
- Ability to learn and apply proper techniques in cleaning a healthcare environment.">
- Two years of cleaning experience in healthcare or other industry preferred.">
- Proven work experience as a housekeeper or custodian in healthcare.">
