Customer Experience Manager

Vodafone New Zealand Limited is seeking an experienced Retail Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operational experience in a retail sales environment, with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and processes. They will also possess demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to foster a highly engaged and collaborative team environment.
In this role, you will report to an Area Lead and provide dynamic leadership and performance coaching to your team. You will also take accountability and ownership of the store's operational management, ensuring that all KPIs and targets are met.
Ko tō mahi – what you'll do- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by creating an engaging process that meets or exceeds customer needs.
- Monitor and achieve store KPIs and targets, motivating team members to reach their goals through one-on-one guidance, ongoing mentoring, and coaching.
- Take accountability and ownership of the store's operational management.
- Cultivate a 'customer-obsessed' culture within the team.
- At least 2 years of operational experience in a retail sales environment, with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to foster a highly engaged and collaborative team environment.
- Possesses a flexible and open attitude, with a strong drive to prioritize customer satisfaction.
This role requires flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays, so it's essential that you're comfortable with this arrangement.
