About Us

Our mission is to foster psychosocial development in children, facilitate school readiness and improve family wellbeing through our play-centred supported playgroup program, Play2Learn.

This program works with children aged 0-5 and their caregivers, providing high-quality playgroups that benefit not only the children but also their caregivers.

We also work with older children as part of the Kids Connect program, a targeted program for primary school-aged children who require additional support with social and emotional learning.

  • We provide semester-length programs for students referred by the school principal, assistant principal or wellbeing officer.
Your Role

As Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations within the Play2Learn and Kids Connect Programs. You will provide effective leadership to a team of practitioners, build and maintain stakeholder relationships and advocate on behalf of children, parents and/or carers.

  • You will oversee daily operations and ensure practice standards are met.
  • You will lead and develop a dedicated team of practitioners.
  • You will identify, manage and monitor risks to service delivery, program quality, staff wellbeing and Child Safeguarding.
  • You will maintain stakeholder relationships in the local community that support referral pathways for vulnerable families.
  • You will ensure compliance with service agreements, policies and procedures.
