As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding purposeful work that supports the future of our Clients.

  • About the Role:
    • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Industrial Service Group in Gladstone, QLD.
    • You will be responsible for designing Instrumentation & Control systems for multiple industries in the engineering sector.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design & Innovation: Developing and implementing innovative solutions for Instrumentation & Control systems.
    • Client Partnering: Collaborating with clients to provide engineering solutions at all stages of the project.
    • Mentoring & Coaching: Sharing knowledge and expertise with junior engineers and graduates in the team.
    • Multidisciplinary collaboration: Working in diverse disciplinary teams to provide integrated engineering solutions.
    • Training & Development: Building on existing knowledge and skillsets to further add value to your personal career, the team & organization's future.
  • Requirements:
    • You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people.
    • A relevant engineering degree and recognized by either RPEQ, RPEV, CPENG or RPENG.
    • In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects.
    • Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards.
