**The Role**

The Roster Coordinator plays a vital role in rostering, maintaining accurate records, and verifying time sheets against the roster for MiCare's Programs. This hands-on position demands a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will assist in recruiting new staff to ensure MiCare has sufficient qualified staff to meet the care needs of Elders receiving our services.

This role is accountable to the Facility Manager to ensure services are delivered to the highest professional standard of care.

**Key Requirements**

- Proven knowledge of rostering software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- High-level administration skills, including data entry and computer operations.

- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

- Knowledge of recruitment practices and awards.

- Familiarity with the ageing process.

**Essential Skills**

- Experience in rostering and coordinating, preferably in a human services environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work with others and be a supportive team member.

- Willingness to accept direction and provide constructive advice.
