Job Title: Auto Parts Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our auto parts operations. As an Auto Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of parts for our service department.

  • Coordinate daily parts activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare all necessary parts in advance for the next day's repair orders
  • Manage auto parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service to service and sales teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace
About You:
  • You have a mature and friendly attitude, with good common sense
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in your work
  • You are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
  • You have an interest in automotive or mechanical work (a plus but not essential)
