Fitness Motivation Specialist

Are you passionate about fitness and motivating others to reach their goals? Do you have excellent leadership and communication skills?
- Drive attendance growth in group fitness classes, helping more members experience the benefits of group workouts.
- Recruit, mentor, and support instructors to maintain a high standard of classes.
- Adapt seasonal timetables for live and virtual classes to suit our members' needs.
- Manage instructor invoices and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Promote group fitness on social media, showcasing our classes and community.
- Communicate club promotions and updates to the instructor team, keeping everyone aligned with club goals.
- Experience: 3+ years teaching group fitness with a solid understanding of group dynamics.
- Les Mills certification: Qualified in at least two Les Mills programs, with AIM1/AIM2 or advanced training in at least one.
- Team player: Work closely with the club manager and national group fitness manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Personable and member-focused: Friendly and approachable, you'll be a key contact for members and staff alike.
- Self-motivated: Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Communication skills: Confident in engaging with others and fluent in English.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Excel and ready to learn new systems with provided training.
