About This Role

As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of secure and efficient IT services across multiple subsidiaries.

This role involves maintaining and supporting infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and virtualization platforms.

You will also apply and maintain security controls in line with government and defense standards.

In addition to your technical expertise, effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will provide occasional direct support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating technologies and suggesting improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Apply and maintain security controls in line with government and defense standards.
  • Evaluate technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Provide occasional direct support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of security controls and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
