Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an engaging 5-week program to job seekers, encompassing CV development, interview techniques and self-marketing skills.
  • Guide participants through identifying their skills and abilities, securing employment opportunities.
  • Develop career development plans for participants, tailoring support to individual needs.
  • Organise and facilitate training programs, fostering relationships with local employers and community organisations.
  • Arrange industry guest speakers to share knowledge with participants.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
