Job Opportunity: Part Time Kitchen Hand

We are seeking to fill a part-time position for a kitchen hand in our commercial kitchen. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to multitask with ease.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and equipment.
  • They will also be required to operate dishwashing machines, clean and maintain these machines, and dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.

This role requires excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods and an attention to detail to ensure that all areas of the kitchen meet cleanliness standards.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Working in a commercial kitchen can be physically demanding, so it is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Preferred experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.

  • Must have existing full working rights within Australia.
