Warehouse Inventory Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Warehouse Inventory Specialist to champion best practices and drive efficiency across our distribution centres. This is a hands-on role that requires solving puzzles, managing inventory, and keeping things running smoothly.

  • Lead stocktakes across warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, from missing web picks to stock adjustment errors.
  • Develop and implement robust auditing processes to improve stock integrity.
  • Train and support warehouse teams in inventory best practices and space optimisation.
  • Work closely with Loss Prevention, Risk, and Supply Chain teams to identify risks and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A detailed-oriented individual with strong inventory or logistics experience, ideally within a high-volume retail environment.
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships and influence across teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Someone with exceptional time management and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.
