We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated hospitality professional to join our team as a Hospitality Team Leader at IRT Marco Polo Woonona Aged Care Center.

This role offers a unique combination of leadership and operational responsibilities, with opportunities to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve our food services.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of hospitality employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services to our residents.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your work and the work of others.

A Certificate IV in Hospitality (or similar) and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate are required for this role.

The successful candidate will be offered a Permanent Full-Time position, providing 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 0800-1630.
