Employment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes, and making a difference, together.

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingsness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
