Based at Malaga and reporting to the National Service Business Unit Manager, this challenging role is responsible for providing a service operation that surpasses customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Service Technicians in a designated region to ensure high levels of performance and customer service
- Monitor and analyze service metrics for the region to identify and address areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationship with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Oversee all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, staff and resource allocation
- Increase service revenue
- Upskill technicians across the business
- Manage the team's performance using GPM tool
This is a highly challenging role and will require a motivated and driven approach to manage the various requirements from both internal and external customers.
