Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to acquire new clients and grow your business.
- Lead Generation: Assist leads provided by our company to increase your chances of success.
- Community Building: Connect with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks, establishing yourself as a trusted mortgage broker in your area.
- Lending Advice: Provide expert lending advice to customers, guiding them through the home loan application process.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking: Hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or be willing to obtain it.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided.
- Sales and Customer Service: A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role.
- Drive and Ambition: Demonstrate a strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams.
