Job Title:

High-Quality Clinical Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide exceptional clinical care to our residents in a residential aged care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Work closely with the Care Manager and personal care staff to ensure our residents receive high-quality care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a safe and secure environment.
