We are seeking an exceptional Technical Service Manager to join our Port Adelaide team and drive the delivery of technical services excellence.

About the Role:

  • Foster strong customer relationships by providing tailored service solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and achieve operational targets through successful sales quotations, project planning, and execution, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize resource efficiency, productivity, and cost control, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding Diverseco's market share and presence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, applying knowledge to drive service excellence and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Promote Diverseco's service offerings and value proposition, supporting sales efforts and driving business development.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, reports, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Safeguard employee well-being and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, billing, and other financial transactions.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical service management or a related field, demonstrating expertise in service delivery, customer relationship management, and leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational targets, improving process efficiency, and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Formal qualifications in leadership, management, or a related field (highly desirable).
  • Trade background or relevant certifications (highly desirable).
  • National Measurement Institute Licenses (highly desirable).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM) (highly desirable).
  • A valid right to live and work in Australia.
