As a Senior Operational Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective team management and planning. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a high-performing team by providing coaching and empowering your colleagues to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily operational plans for all departments to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate data on inventory levels and ensure that stock routines are executed efficiently.
  • E nsure that back-of-house routines and maintenance are in place to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods and loads, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
