Support Services Administrator

The primary objective of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to the Outpatient Business Improvement Team.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing confidential administrative support to the team and responding to requests for information from the team leader or delegate in a timely manner.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing reports as required, and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to develop expertise in information technology systems and effectively utilize software applications to streamline administrative processes.
- Driver licence to travel between locations if required.
