We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential aged care team as a Trainee Aged Care Worker.
As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced staff members to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, supporting residents with their personal care needs, and contributing to a positive and respectful living environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit and able to lift, and have a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.
