We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. This role will involve providing support in everyday daily activities around the home, assisting with hygiene and personal care, and accompanying clients on outings.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting with meal preparation and consumption
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities outside the home environment
  • Supporting clients with medication compliance
