About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lighting Designer to deliver expert lighting design solutions to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product advice in the showroom, as well as working on lighting design projects.
  • Build business by proactively seeking project opportunities from retail and trade customers.
  • Nurture client relationships through the entire design process.
  • Read and interpret house and electrical plans to create inspirational lighting designs that meet customers' needs.
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the showroom through merchandising new products and general housekeeping.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and trends in design.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have previous experience in a retail environment, achieving sales targets.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can genuinely connect with your customers.
  • You have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job.
  • You are able to multitask and prioritise your work effectively.
  • You have a strong attention to detail.
  • Prior lighting design work experience or interior design studies are favourably looked upon.
  • You have a passion for lighting and interior design.
