Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Executive Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our commercial property sales and leasing team in the Geelong region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, sourcing new business opportunities, and negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers, conducting property inspections, and delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
In addition, you will work closely with our marketing department to coordinate the marketing and sale of properties, including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, and other promotional materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
">A current real estate license or Victorian agent's representative certificate;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Will to learn and grow with the company.
