Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and process employee payments, superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and other deductions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation, awards, and regulations
  • Provide payroll reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis
  • Liaise with employees and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries and issues

Requirements

  • Possess a solid knowledge of current payroll practices, procedures, and relevant legislative framework
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-site payroll settings, preferably with a mixture of white and blue-collar sectors
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll legislation, including the Fair Work Act in Australia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
