About the Role:

">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our in-house creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating our craft and raising the bar of excellence for our global brand campaigns.

">

You will work closely with our Executive Creative Director & Creative Directors to develop craft initiatives for the team, to help grow their skills. You will also collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, motion designers, videographers, producers and other groups to bring campaigns to life.

">

The ideal candidate will have proven agency and/or client-side campaign experience, as a Senior Art Director who has successfully delivered global campaigns across multiple channels. You will have excellent design craft and copywriting skills, and a portfolio that shows experience with Campaign Creative.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You will also need to have excellent verbal and visual communication skills, allowing you to communicate complex information simply and clearly.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires the ability to problem solve, drive chaos to clarity, and maintain personal resilience. A natural empathetic teammate, with a consistent track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership is required.
