Job Description

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled professional to join their operations department focused on Global Payments & Treasury Services Operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years' experience in financial services or payment processing, with a strong understanding of local payments systems and SWIFT payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor payment processing applications and review payments submitted through various methods.
  • Process funds transfer or settlement instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage daily cash movements and confirm transaction validity with managers.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries received from the client services team.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance monitoring and reporting requirements.
  • Escalate data processing issues and provide input on quality improvement processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end processes in high-volume days and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with working hours and ability to support later hours when required.
