Join our team as a Capital Works Coordinator and contribute to delivering proactive, planned and capital maintenance across the metropolitan network in partnership with SA Water.

Role Overview

In this diverse role, you will be working 70% in the field, providing hands-on technical support, and 30% in the office assisting in project deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accessing the network, isolating and recharging it, disinfecting and obtaining permits to work.
  • Attending site visits, meetings and conducting pre-work investigations.
  • Developing and reviewing plans, responding to correspondence.
  • Responding to incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Accurately updating bespoke planning systems and work order apps.
  • Fostering professional relationships with key stakeholders and SA Water representatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A White Card or equivalent certification.
  • Qualifications in engineering, construction, or trade experience.
  • Hands-on field experience, preferably in the water industry.
  • Proficiency in using technology, adapting to bespoke apps and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work autonomously, proactively and collaboratively within a team.
