Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and qualified educator to lead our service at Banksia Grove. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher with more than 1 year of experience who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for their transition to school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating a program aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Crafting engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments for preschool children
  • Documenting and assessing children's learning and development
  • BUILDING strong partnerships with families, children, and colleagues
  • SUPPORTING the centre team to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and VECTEA standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (provisional or full)
  • At least 1+ year experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQF
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) for WA
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • A collaborative and professional approach to teaching and learning
