About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Vivir Healthcare, providing high-quality care to residents in aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments, post-falls reviews, and rehabilitation programs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide manual handling training and education to residents and staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Physiotherapy degree or equivalent qualification
  • Full or Level 3 or Level 4 limited registration with AHPRA
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable vehicle
  • Professional indemnity insurance and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
