We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to fill a full-time, permanent role on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and be proficient in all aspects of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments
  • Follow up payments via phone and collect overdue payments
  • Process and verify vendor invoices
  • Run weekly and monthly reporting for senior finance staff
  • Generate customer invoices and account statements
  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Prior use of ERP systems such as Sage, Xero, MYOB, or Attaché
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Relevant accounting, finance or related qualifications
