We are a family-owned premium cherry growing business based in Victoria's Yarra Valley.

Our mission is to produce high-quality cherries while providing exceptional agri-tourism experiences and supplying Australia's supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce wholesale markets. We also export our produce around the world.

The role supports landscaping planning and maintenance across our Orchards in Coldstream and Wandin to create an inviting atmosphere for visitors during cherry season (September - February).

This position reports to our Assistant Orchard Manager and requires a full-time commitment with some additional hours during busy periods.

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about agriculture, enjoy working outdoors, and love interacting with people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Landscape planning and maintenance
  • Maintenance of modern farming equipment
  • Developing best and safe practices for farming techniques and processes

You must hold a current driver's licence and have relevant licences and qualifications pertinent to agriculture. Sound mechanical knowledge and experience working in a broadacre or irrigated crop environment would be an advantage.

Additional requirements include the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, liaise with management to overcome challenges, and address orchard issues.
