**What We're Looking For**

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and implementing Lean principles to improve business processes and efficiency.

You will have a minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in continuous improvement analysis and project management, preferably within a logistics environment. Your strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and leadership abilities will enable you to successfully implement process enhancements and drive cultural change.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, preferably within a logistics environment.
  2. Project Management background.
  3. A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organisational structures.
  4. An analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
