The Role: Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through meticulous part identification and timely ordering.
  • Forge strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve integration issues and drive operational efficiency.
  • Develop leadership skills by mentoring Parts Apprentices and guiding them towards becoming future parts specialists.

To excel in this role, you will require a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the Aftersales workshop environment. Your ability to interpret complex information and communicate effectively will be essential in delivering results-driven solutions.
