The Role


We are currently seeking a skilled Console Operator to join our team at Christies Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the overall appearance of our store. This is a fast-paced job that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all guests receive a warm welcome
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the forecourt and surrounding areas
  • Operate the console efficiently and accurately, processing transactions and managing cash handling
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote our products and services
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems

Requirements



  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • You are physically fit and able to work long hours on your feet, including evenings and weekends
  • You have a current police clearance certificate and Australian working rights
  • You are eager to learn and develop your skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
