Job Description

Ophelia is a growing hospitality business, expanding from daytime to evening service. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Supervisor to join our team.

This role involves leading the front-of-house team during night service with confidence and care. You will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in daily operations and overseeing floor service, reservations, and guest experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the FOH team during night service with confidence and care
  • Supporting and assisting the Venue Manager with smooth daily operations
  • Overseeing floor service, reservations, and guest experience
  • Cash handling, close-of-day procedures, and reporting
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff, creating a positive team culture
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous supervisor/leadership experience in a restaurant or bar environment
  2. Natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement
  3. Confidence in leading a small team during service
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
  5. Availability across key nights: Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
