We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, expanding your skills and advancing your career.
You will contribute to a range of urban development projects, supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team. Our strong leadership is dedicated to helping you achieve your career goals, providing the guidance and support you need to grow professionally. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement urban development projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, business cases, and other documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years' experience working in Urban Development.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong background within Urban Development or a similar field.
